Ufa Petroleum University will collaborate with the university partner from China

UFA, 19 May 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Elmira Sabirova/. Ufa State Petroleum Technological University (USPTU) will collaborate with the university partner from China. The agreement was reached during the official visit to China University of Petroleum by the USPTU Rector Ramil Bakhtizin, Vice President for Strategic Development Marat Khusainov and Head of International Cooperation Nail Chanyshev.

As reported by the USPTU press centre, during the visit, agreements were signed on scientific and educational cooperation between the two universities and on academic mobility. In particular, the document envisages exchange of lecturers for the language training of students. Employees of China University of Petroleum will teach Chinese language at USPTU and Ufa State Petroleum Technological University teachers - Russian at Beijing University. Also a program of "double diploma certificates" in bachelor and master programs will be adopted. In addition, information will be exchanged on programs of additional professional education, on scientific and innovative developments with a view to their implementation in Russian and Chinese companies. It is supposed also interaction of scientific and technical journals published in universities, monitoring a possibility of joint participation of USPTU and CPU in international competitions, grants and projects.
