Around the World traveler from St. Petersburg was impressed by Bashkiria
UFA, 13 May 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Arthur Basyrov/. According to the traveler from St. Petersburg, who plans to walk around Earth for two years, people in Bashkortostan live better than on average across the country. Sergey Lukyanov came to Ufa on May 12 from Alkino village.
Sergey Lukyanov started his trip on April 1 from his hometown of St. Petersburg. He decided to dedicate his foot trip around the world to the 70th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War and the Day of the Leningrad siege lifting.
Sometimes, the traveler has to sleep outside in a sleeping bag, but he has no fear for his life: "I do not take any security measures. We live in a civilized country and the world. I can honestly say I'm not afraid of anything."
According to the traveler, he does not feel any physical discomfort. At the same time Sergey Lukyanov notes that constantly he receives offers to give him a lift, but he does not accept hitchhiking.
Every day the traveler overcomes 50-60 km. According to his confession, the route over Russia is planned by day. After Ufa he is going to visit Chelyabinsk, Novosibirsk, Chita, and then travel to China.
