Journalists of Bashkortostan are invited to participate in anti-corruption forum of All-People’s Front

UFA, 7 May 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Catherine Sokolova/. Journalists of Bashkortostan can take part in an anti-corruption forum of the All-People’s Front in the Volga Federal District. It will be held in Samara on May 19.

According to the regional executive committee of the All-People’s Front in Bashkortostan, the forum is dedicated to public control in the system of public procurement, analysis of types of violations and faults, as well as role of active citizens and journalists in identifying suspicious purchases.

Reports of the project manager "For Fair Procurement" Anton Gett, project experts and specialists of the Institute of State and Regulated Procurement, Competition Policy and Anti-Corruption Techniques are scheduled at the forum. In addition, the program includes sessions on the issues of corruption and squandering in state procurement, and a specialized seminar "Journalistic Investigation Public Customers Costs".
