Pilots will make a four-day commemorative flight over Bashkortostan on the eve of the 70th anniversary of the Great Victory

On the eve of the 70th anniversary of the Victory from May 4 to 8 a commemorative flight "Golden Ring of Bashkortostan" will be accomplished. According to the head of the campaign Sergei Minigulov, in the year of the anniversary of Victory pilots decided to organize an event that would be not only interesting, but also very special.

“For this event we have been preparing since last November. We organized a similar flight in 2010, but this year it would be special. We prepared a uniform of the war years with assistance of the Ufa club, which is engaged in reconstruction of military events. The flight will be made by six aircrafts; the crew consists of 12 people. It includes instructor pilots of "Pervushino" airfield, bloggers and journalists. Among the members of the press there is - Sergey Fomin from Moscow and Evgeny Lebedev from Perm, both aviation photographers,” Sergey Minigulov said.

The route of the flight is as follows: Pervushino - Beloretsk - Sibay - Sterlitamak - Ermekeevo - Oktyabrsky - Neftekamsk - Pervushino. Participants will lay flowers to the monument to fallen soldiers, will visit museums of military glory and meet with veterans and youth. In addition, concerts with the performance of the songs of the war years will be organized for local residents.
