Volunteers of SCO and BRICS Summits will create an atmosphere of hospitality in Ufa - Ruslan Mirsayapov

UFA, 13 April 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Arthur Basyrov/. The Minister of the Republic of Bashkortostan Ruslan Mirsayapov believes that volunteers will be one of the features of the SCO and the BRICS Summits in Ufa. He said this at the training for 500 volunteers who will work at the international forums.

The training consisted of five stations, which had to be passed by subgroups according to individual trip tickets. Five stations represented themselves five volunteer competencies: performance, efficiency, communication skills, teamwork and knowledge of culture and features of the SCO and BRICS state-members.

9500 applications were submitted by those who wanted to become volunteers at the SCO and the BRICS Summits. More than 3,500 applicants passed distance learning courses and face to face interviews. 500 volunteers were selected for work at International Summits in Ufa.
