Participants of Victory Day campaign lined up as a "70" figure and sang the song "Victory Day" in Ufa

UFA, 9 April 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Elmira Sabirova/. Yesterday, schoolchildren, students of universities and colleges, members of military-patriotic and youth clubs of Ufa gathered at Victory Park to take part in patriotic flashmob dedicated to the Victory Day.

During the event, performances of members of urban military-patriotic clubs were held. Participants of the National Volunteer Corps of the 70th Anniversary of Victory handed out letters from the front. They contained the information about the heroes of the war born in Bashkortostan.

Veterans and home front workers were invited at the event. The song "Victory Day" was performed for them by the younger generation. Also, the event participants lined up in a "70" figure. Veterans, in turn, wished peaceful skies for Ufa townspeople.

Organizers of the event are the Republican Centre of Volunteer Movement and Youth Initiatives Support in conjunction with the Centre for Youth Patriotic Education of Ufa, with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports RB.
