Chefs from Bashkiria cooked the best in the country national dinner at the "Chef a La Russe-2015" championship

UFA, 9 April 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Arthur Basyrov/. The cooks of Bashkortostan team won gold medals at the All-Russian Culinary Competition "Chef a La Russe-2015". They won the first place in the category "National Dinner". The Ufa team won bronze medals. According to the State Committee for Trade RB, both teams reached the finals.

The presenter of the "Chef a La Russe-2015" championship the famous chef Gregory Kalinichenko said that the teams from Bashkortostan had a good potential and they deserved prizes in the final.

In the final competition, each team shall in 90 minutes think over and cook three original dishes - appetizer, main course and dessert from a limited number of ingredients that will be in the "black box".

Recall that with the support of the State Committee for Trade of Bashkortostan six best chefs of the region departed for Moscow to participate in the Russian culinary championship "Chef a La Russe-2015".
