Map-guide to the sights of Bashkortostan capital is presented in Ufa

UFA, 1 April 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Arthur Basyrov/. In Ufa, at the "Tourism. Sports. Rest. Resorts" Exhibition a presentation of the map-guide to the sights of the capital was held. It was prepared by the Tourist Information Centre of Bashkortostan (TIC RB) and the 2GIS company within the information partnership with "SCO BRICS 2015" Office Group.

“The map shows places of interest in Ufa, catering facilities. It will be distributed in accommodation facilities of participants of the International Summits, as well as in restaurants, cafes and at the reception desks of tourist information centres at the Ufa International Airport. The maps will be distributed free of charge,” the director of TIC RB Ivan Zorin said.

According to him, the map will be published in the coming days. On April 10 it is scheduled to launch a mobile guide over the republic for smart phones under iOS, and on April 20 – for gadgets on the Android platform.

“Now we have made more accents to Ufa, and later, after the Summits, we are going to supplement the guide with objects of republican scale”, the director of TIC RB informed.
