Graduate of the Young Journalists School represents Bashkortostan at the International Forum Studia Baltica
UFA, 26 March 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Arthur Basyrov/. Alexandra Halaimova, the graduate of the School of Young Journalist of the republic represents Bashkortostan at the V International Youth School Studia Baltica in Kaliningrad. Young researchers, public figures, journalists and politicians from the cities of Russia, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Moldova, Belarus, Georgia, Armenia, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan take part in the work of the project. The topic of modern techniques in the media became the main one at the forum this year.
Lectures and master classes of prominent journalists and political scientists are held as part of the program. The discussions tackled such topics as opposition of propaganda and journalism, dialogue of Eurasian and European Unions on media sites, position of journalists in information conflicts, role of new media in the modern world.
Classes are held by the deputy chief editor of the foreign supplement to "Rossiyskaya Gazeta" Vyacheslav Charsky, the expert of Border Cooperation Association (Kazakhstan) Marat Shibutov, Director of Information and Analytical Centre for Study of Socio-political Processes in the post-Soviet Space at Lomonosov’s Moscow State University Sergey Rekeda and other specialists.
