Master class on cooking Bashkir national dishes was held in Ufa

UFA, 13 March 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Rozaliya Valeeva/. A master class on cooking Bashkir national dishes was held in Ufa on March 12.

Training workshops for chefs of leading restaurants was carried out at Ufa cafe of Bashkir cuisine "Kunak-Ashy". It was carried out in preparation for the SCO and BRICS Summits in Ufa. The organizer of the workshops was the Association of Cooks, Restaurateurs and Hoteliers RB, the State Committee for Trade RB reports.

Currently the concept of the original design of dishes in a traditional national style is being developed so that guests of Ufa and the republic will be able to appreciate the Bashkir cuisine.

The next master-class in cooking Bashkir cuisine dishes for chefs will be held at Ufa college No.136 on March 24.
