Rustem Khamitov discussed programs on citizens’ resettlement from hazardous housing with Sergey Stepashin and Konstantin Tsitsin

On March 11, at the House of Republic the Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov met with the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Housing and Utility Reform Foundation Sergey Stepashin and CEO of the Foundation Konstantin Tsitsin. During the meeting the parties discussed the implementation of the targeted programs for resettlement of people from hazardous housing in the Republic of Bashkortostan.
Rustem Khamitov thanked Sergey Stepashin for participation in the All-Russian Conference "Problems of Legal Regulation in the Housing Sector", which took place in Sterlitamak yesterday.
Recall that in Bashkortostan two targeted programs are approved for 2013-2017 totaling more than 14.3 billion rubles. 3.336 billion rubles were directed from the Housing Foundation means, republican and municipal budgets for the first stage of the program (2013-2014). Accommodation in 108 apartment buildings was acquired. 4,355 people moved to the new housing, 3,029 people more are drawing up social rent contracts.
In 2014, the second stage (2014-2015) of the programs was launched, within which it was planned to resettle 6,759 people. 3.183 billion rubles are allocated for these purposes. To date, 698 people are resettled.
The republican targeted program for 2015-2018 is developed and is under coordination, according to which it is planned to resettle 3.1 thousand citizens.
