Temperatures will "step over" 0 degree in Bashkiria in early April

UFA, 10 March 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Juliya Antipina/. According to average values, spring will come in Bashkortostan approximately on April 2-4, when it is expected transition of average daily air temperatures over 0 degrees. This was reported by the Head of Agricultural Meteorology and Forecasts Department "Bashkir UGMS" Tatiana Vlasova. Earlier than in other areas the temperatures increase will happen in the Cis-Ural region. In the Trans-Urals and the north-east region it is expected on April 7-8.

Meteorologists forecast passing over the "plus 5 degrees" mark in the third decade of April. In the Cis-Ural region it will happen on April 16-18, in the northern territories on April 22-24.

Meteorologists predict soil moisture supply within and above the norm.
