Days of Culture and Science of the Republic of Bashkortostan will be held in the Kyrgyz Republic

UFA, 20 February 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Leila Aralbaeva/. On March 1-6, the Kyrgyz Republic will host the Days of Culture and Science of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

According to the Ministry of Culture RB, the celebrations will be held in the capital Bishkek and other cities of the country.

On Tuesday, March 3, the days of the Bashkir cinema will be opened. In the evening in the city of Kara-Balta the National Youth Theatre will play the "The joy of our house" based on the novel by Mustai Karim.

On March 4, on Wednesday, the delegation will visit the National Academy of Sciences of Kyrgyzstan, where the meeting of representatives of science of both republics will be held. The Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov will deliver a public lecture there.

In Victory Square in honour of the 70th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War flowers will be laid to the Eternal Flame. The G.Aytiev’s Kyrgyz National Museum of Fine Arts will host an exhibition of contemporary graphics of Bashkortostan. All the works after the exhibition will be donated to the museum.

Bishkek residents will see also the exhibitions "Material culture of the Bashkir people", "Bashkortostan - the pearl of Eurasia", arts and crafts exhibition and a multimedia presentation of Bashkortostan.

In the evening the grand opening of the Days of Culture and Science of the Republic of Bashkortostan in the Kyrgyz Republic and a gala concert of the Republic of Bashkortostan will take place at the Kyrgyz State Philharmonic Society named after T.Satylganov.

On March 5, the Bashkortostan delegation will visit a memorial complex "Ata Beyit", where it will lay a wreath at the tomb of Soviet classic writer Chingiz Aitmatov. Rectors of Bashkir universities will meet with the rectors of Kyrgyz universities. In the Assembly of peoples of Kyrgyz Republic a meeting with the Bashkir community of Kyrgyzstan will take place.

Residents of Kant and Tokmok cities will enjoy a concert of art masters of the Republic of Bashkortostan - Faizi Gaskarov’s Folk Dance Ensemble and soloists of Bashkir State Philharmonic Society. The graduates and students of the Zagir Ismagilov’s Ufa State Academy of Arts will show their talents at the Kyrgyz National Conservatory named after K.Moldobasanov.

The program of this day will be completed at the State National Russian Drama Theatre named after Chingiz Aitmatov where actors of the National Youth Theatre RB will play a staging based on the novel by Chingiz Aitmatov "Spotted Dog Running at the Edge of the Sea".

On March 6, a photo exhibition "Bashkortostan - the pearl of Eurasia" will be shown. The closing ceremony of the Days of Culture and Science of Bashkortostan and exhibition and sale of arts and crafts will be carried out at the Kyrgyz National Academic Drama Theatre.
