Salavat Yulaev will compete for points with the Finnish HC Jokerit
UFA, 4 February 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Dmitry Slezin/. On Wednesday, February 4, in Ufa the seventh match of the championship of the Kontinental Hockey League between HC Salavat Yulaev and the Finnish Jokerit will be held.
In the first match of the season at the Finnish site the Ufa team was stronger - 4:2.
Now Salavat Yulaev takes the fifth place in the Eastern Conference with 77 points. Finnish club is struggling with the St. Petersburg SKA for leadership in the Bobrov division - 108 points (115 against St. Petersburg).
The former defender of SKA, CSKA, Neftekhimik, Sibir, Tractor, Amur, Metallurg (Novokuznetsk) and the national team of Ukraine Artyom Ostroushko gave his prediction for this match:
“I think that the Finns will be able to win with a minimum score of 2: 1 and take revenge for the home defeat”, the expert said.
The match starts at "Ufa-Arena" at 19.00, Ufa time.
