Bashkiria schoolchildren are invited to Baltic Science and Engineering Fair of Ecology in St. Petersburg

UFA, 29 January 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Elmira Sabirova/. Pupils of the Republican Children's Ecological and Biological Centre – 9th grader Emil Sataev and 11th grader Ramil Yumaguzin from Ufa gymnasium No.39, 10th grader of city school No. 45 Anastasia Gabitova are invited to St. Petersburg for intramural phase of the Baltic Science and Engineering Fair for upper-form pupils. According to the press service of the Ministry of Education RB, the pupils have successfully passed the qualifying round. In the northern capital, they will present environmental research works to the jury, which is composed of leading environmental scientists of St. Petersburg.

In addition, Emil Sataev and Margarita Nikiforova from Bashkir gymnasium No.102 (Ufa) have also been invited to participate in the national competition "Junior" in Moscow. Winners of this competition (biological nomination) will earn 100 points for the Unified State Exam in biology. In past years, Bashkir schoolgirls Daria Fedorova, Liliya Alimukhamedova, Galia Gaisina were already among the best its participants.
