In Ufa waiters will pass training courses within preparation to the SCO and BRICS Summits

UFA, 22 January 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Arthur Basyrov/. On January 26, in Ufa, while preparation for the SCO and BRICS Summits training courses of waiters start at professional lyceums No.136. Training will be on-the-job, the program is designed for 144 academic hours. It is reported by the press service of the State Committee of Bashkortostan for Trade and Consumer Protection.

The training course will cover a wide range of issues, including culture and traditions of the peoples of the SCO and BRICS, especially cuisines and services of these countries. Waiters will also take an express course in learning English. In addition, master classes in traditional Russian and Bashkir dishes will be held by professional Guild of Chefs and Cookery Specialists.

Groups of 15-20 people are completed. The training process starts as the groups are complete and will be carried out until July 2015.

According to the State Committee, the training will improve the level of service at the capital catering service and bring them to the international level.
