It is planned to create a Centre of Chinese Traditional Medicine in Bashkortostan

The prospects for creation at the "Yumatovo" sanatorium a Centre of Chinese Traditional Medicine were discussed at the Ministry of Health of Bashkortostan. The meeting was attended by the head of the Regional Ministry of Health Anvar Bakirov and representatives of the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Jiangxi Province and the «Zhong Ge Trading Group» company, the press service of the department informs.

According to representatives of the Chinese delegation, in their country a lot of attention is paid to development of tourism and traditional Chinese medicine is very popular abroad.

Vice President of University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Yang Ming emphasized their intention to cooperate in training, internships of professionals in China, exchanges between university students.

“We are interested in implementation of methods of traditional Chinese medicine in our republic. We hope that in the near future cooperation between the Government of Bashkortostan and the PRC will be confirmed by signing an agreement”, Anvar Bakirov concluded in the end of the meeting.

The press service of the Ministry of Health RB reported that the Chinese representatives went to the "Yumatovo" sanatorium to consider and identify concrete ways of cooperation.
