"Legendary Kalashnikov" exhibition is coming to the end at the Museum of Military Glory

UFA, 20 January 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Arina Rakhimkulova/. The "Legendary Kalashnikov" exhibition presented by the Museum and Exhibition Complex of Small Arms named after Kalashnikov (Izhevsk) will stay in Ufa until February 28. The exhibits are displayed at the Republican Museum of Military Glory.

The exhibition features a biographical line - a life story of Russian designer who made an invaluable contribution to the strengthening of the defense capability of our state. In addition, it presents the history of creation of the famous AK-47 and subsequent design activities of Mikhail Kalashnikov, resulted in development and creation of the unified system of military equipment in the Russian Army. Materials of the exhibition tell about the man whose life was inseparably linked with the history of Russia, was an example of courage and perseverance, faithful service to the Fatherland.

Residents and visitors have a unique opportunity not only to see samples of Kalashnikov small arms, the personal belongings of the designer, copies of archival documents, but also can take pictures with a brilliant engineering invention.
