Ufa and Beijing will host the exhibitions dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Great Victory

UFA, 14 January 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Arina Rakhimkulova/. Ufa and Beijing will host the exhibitions "The role of the USSR in the victory over fascism and the liberation of the Far East". As the Government of Bashkortostan explains, it is connected with the fact that Ufa Summits of the SCO state-members and the Heads of States and Governments BRICS are held in the year of the 70th anniversary of the Great Victory.

The memorable event will be reflected in the activities of the Russian Federation presidency in these international organizations. It is expected that the leaders will express their attitude to this memorable date in the joint statement summarizing the Summits in Ufa.

“In 2015, Ufa will host the 15th SCO Summit to be held in the year marking the 70th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. This is an additional opportunity to remind the world what was the price the USSR and the participants of the anti-Hitler coalition paid to defeat fascism. Preparations for the exhibition "The role of the USSR in the victory over fascism and the liberation of the Far East" have already begun. This is very important and necessary to the younger generation, veterans and their families. All residents and visitors of the capital will be able to visit the exhibition”, the Minister of the Republic of Bashkortostan Ruslan Mirsayapov said.

The venue of the exhibition is the Museum of Military Glory in Ufa.
