Best media workers of Bashkortostan were awarded in Ufa

UFA, 13 January 2015. /Bashinform News Agency/. Today, in honour of professional holiday - Day of the Russian Press - the conference hall of the Bashinform News Agency hosted the awarding ceremony of media workers of Bashkortostan Republic of 2014.

“I would like to thank all journalists and publishers bringing information to our readers. Through the joint efforts, teamwork, we have managed to preserve regional, urban, children's and youth press in our republic, and editions to publish works of writers, poets,” the head of the Agency for Press and Mass Media of Bashkortostan Boris Melkoedov underlined.

Words of congratulations were addressed to journalists, publishers, printers, editorial structures, news agencies, radio and television stations. The presenter of the event Firdat Galiev said that the coming year would be of particular importance for the printing industry as declared the Year of Literature, and the line between journalists and writers often was very conditional. There were many outstanding writers who successfully worked as journalists - Mikhail Bulgakov, Mikhail Zoshchenko, Konstantin Simonov, Ernest Hemingway, Ilya Ilf and Yevgeny Petrov, Korney Chukovsky, Karel Capek, Konstantin Paustovsky, Sergei Dovlatov.

The winners of the Republican contest for the best coverage of the Year of Culture in the republican media were recognized the columnist of Bashinform News Agency Leila Aralbaeva (Ishmuratova), "Bashkortostan Kyzy" magazine, "Yayyk» newspaper (I place), the "Istoki" newspaper, news service of Bashkir satellite TV "Bashkortostan", "Tuymazinsky Vestnik" newspaper, "Asylykul» (II place), the editor of "Ashkadar" radio station Ural Nigmatullin, "Amanat" magazine, "Selskie Ogni" newspaper (III place ).

There were also defined the winners of the Republican contest of social advertising, the Republican contest of print media websites promoting the state languages of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the winners of the Republican contest for the exemplary proficiency in state languages and languages of the peoples of the republic, the Republican contest for the best coverage of healthy lifestyle in the media, and also winners in several other nominations.
