New Year holidays will last 11 days in Bashkiria

UFA, 31 December 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Gulfiya Akulova/. New Year and Christmas holidays fall on January 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7and 8, in the Russian Federation. These days are public holidays, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection RB informs.

In 2015, public holidays of the 3rd and 4th of January coincide with Saturday and Sunday. According to the Government Resolution "On transfer of public holidays in 2015" dated August 27, 2014 the day off January 3 is transferred to Friday, January 9 and January 4 — for Monday, May 4.

Thus, at a five-day working week residents of the republic will have holidays from January 1 to 11 2015.

On Wednesday, December 31, working hours are reduced by one hour.
