Disabled people from Bashkiria can take part in the All-Russian contest and win a sea cruise in Scandinavia

UFA, 10 December 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Gulfiya Akulova/. The All-Russian photo and video contest "My Endless Possibilities" is announced. The organizer of the event, the charity foundation in support of disabled people sports "Tochka Opory" offers active and purposeful disabled people of Russia to share the stories about their limitless possibilities.

To participate you should post a photo or video on the theme of the contest on your page on "VKontakte", providing with a hashtag of the foundation. The winner, who receives the highest number of likes, will receive a prize - a cruise in Scandinavia.

"Restrictions are only in our thoughts!" - the foundation cites the words of Tatiana Smirnova, the multiple champion in powerlifting for persons with locomotive disability and participant of the Summer Paralympics 2012 in London. The athlete is 58 years old, she continues to exercise, lifting a barbell weighing 112 kg, and is ready for the next Paralympic Games.

The contest launch was dedicated to the International Day of Disabled People. Photos and videos will be accepted until December 28, 2014.
