Residents of regions affected by the hurricane thanked the President RB for fast and high quality restoration works

UFA, 7 December 2014. /Bashinform News Agency/. On December 6, Rustem Khamitov during his working trip visited the city of Yanaul, Yanaul and Krasnokamsk regions. The head of the republic examined the results of works on residential houses restoration damaged in August this year as a result of squally wind, visited industrial and agricultural enterprises, as well as social facilities, the press service of the head of the region informs.

Recall that as a result of the emergency, 46 houses were completely destroyed, 419 houses required various types of repair works.

During his working trip Rustem Khamitov visited the "Vostochnoe" residential district of Yanaul and Konigovo village of Yanaul region. The head of the regional administration Ilshat Vazigatov reported that of the 12 newly built houses 11 had already been transferred to the owners. Finishing works are under completion in one more house in Yanaul.

Bashkortostan President visited one of the houses rebuilt after the disaster and communicated with the locals. Rustem Khamitov asked about the unsolved issues, and instructed the officials to eliminate all defects and remarks until the end of this year.

“We managed to do everything in four months. This is a good result. All people are provided with warm accommodation, everybody has normal living conditions. We had to quickly build houses for people so that they didn’t stay on the street in winter, and this story will not extend for two or three years. And we coped with this task”, Rustem Khamitov said.

In Karievo village of Krasnokamsk region 34 houses were newly constructed and transferred to owners. The head of the municipality Razif Gilmullin also said that all 136 homes requiring repairs had been restored too. Rustem Khamitov met with residents affected by the hurricane, who thanked him for high-quality restoration works, prompt return of settlements to a normal life and financial support provision.
