Interaction of Bashkir colleges with employers was estimated at international congress

UFA, 1 December 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Elmira Sabirova/. In Moscow the VIII International Congress and Exhibition «Global Education: Education without Borders 2014" came to an end. The main topic of the event was "Professional human resources of the new Russia". The exposition was devoted to the presentation of regional programs on modernizing the system of vocational education in the subjects of the Russian Federation.

Bashkortostan was represented by directors of colleges, headed by the Minister of Education RB Alfis Gayazov.

Practical issues of vocational, additional vocational and continuing education, the All-Russian competitions of professional skills, as well as development of the World Skills movement in Russia were discussed within the program of the congress.

Much attention was paid to the analysis of modernization process of regional vocational education systems. The press service of the Ministry of Education RB reported that Bashkortostan was among the leaders in most important areas of modernization. For example, the high level of cooperation between vocational education institutions with republican employers was specially marked. The greatest number of finalists and winners of the All-Russian competition of professional skills were students of Bashkir colleges.
