Operations Control Duty Centre of Ufa became the best in the Volga Federal District

UFA, 28 November 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Catherine Sokolova/. Ufa Operations Control Duty Centre won the first place in the competition "The Best Municipal Integrated Operations Control Duty Desk in the Volga Federal District".

As the city rescue service 112 reports, in addition to the professional work of the personnel, the jury assessed numerous changes that have occurred in the centre for this year – psychologists’ employment in the staff of the centre, software upgrade and renovation of material and technical base.

The Ufa Operations Control Duty Centre becomes the winner for the second consecutive year.

Over 16 years of work duty officers of the centre received more than seven million calls of citizens.
