Rustem Khamitov has established a medal "Parent Valour"

UFA, 25 November 2014. /Bashinform News Agency,Elmira Sabirova/. Rustem Khamitov signed a decree on establishment of Bashkortostan medal "Parent Valour", the official web portal of legal information informs. This distinction will be awarded the parents (foster parents, guardians) raising children who have brought glory to the Republic of Bashkortostan. These are children who showed heroism and accomplished a feat of saving human life, a feat of law, order and safety protection, or have special achievements in scientific, artistic, sports or any other socially significant activities, according to the decree.

Also, state awards will be given to foster parents of three or more children with disabilities or six or more orphans and children left without parental care.

When awarding the medal "Parent Valour" parents (adoptive parents, guardians) will be paid lump sum compensation in the amount of 100 thousand rubles.

The medals will be handed over once a year, on the eve of the International Family Day, on May 15.
