III Interregional HR Forum opened in Ufa

UFA, 13 November 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Juliya Antipina/. The III Interregional HR Forum opened in Ufa. The event takes place at the House of the State Assembly – Kurultay of Bashkortostan. More than 600 delegates became participants of the Forum.

It was organized by the Presidential Administration, First Business School, Recruitment holding "Ancor", the secretariat of the State Assembly, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, School of Russian Policy in Bashkortostan. The Project Operator is Association of Coaches and Consultants of the republic.

The purpose of the Forum is to create a platform for dialogue between government and business. The event provides an opportunity to discuss trends and issues of management practices for HR-managers and personnel management departments, consultants and coaches.

The plenary session on the topic "Human capital – its place and importance in the capital structure of the company and the region" will be dedicated to finding answers about the place and value of human capital in the structure of enterprises, and on a national scale.

Experts from 20 regions of the country will be participants of the meetings and workshops.

The Program of HR-Forum includes a session of interdepartmental coordination council on youth vocational guidance RF on the topic "Vocational Guidance Features of Disabled People". Discussion will be moderated by Director of the Employment Department of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection RF Mikhail Kirsanov.

The Forum will run on November 13-14.
