Young people of Bashkortostan are invited to the Arctic expedition

UFA, 10 November 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Catherine Sokolova/. Youth of Bashkortostan can take part in the International Forum "The Arctic Expedition." As reported by the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs, a qualifying round for the right to become a member of the first youth expedition to the North Pole has started.

Young people from 18 to 29 years, whose professional interests are related to the Arctic, are invited to take part in the competition. They should submit applications to e-mail: [email protected] before December 6, 2014.

On January 12, 2015 150 winners will be announced who will become members of the "Arctic Expedition". From February 2 to 7, the Tver region will host the first stage of the forum. Then by the results of a series of events, competitions, and intellectual adventure games the winners, who will reach the second stage of the "Expedition" will be defined and they will depart in April to the Russian drifting station "Barneo", and then - to the North Pole.
