In Bashkiria 6.8 thousand divorces were accounted for 13.5 thousand marriages in January-September

UFA, 10 November 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Elvira Latypova/. In January-September in Bashkortostan 26,924 inhabitants of our republic entered into a marriage. 13,588 people divorced. This year, there was created by 489 families less than for the same period of the last year, and more divorces were registered – by exactly 100. This is testified by demographic statistics of Bashkortostan Statistics Agency.

The birth rate has increased. For the first nine months of the republic 45,504 babies were born - by 1552 more than in the same period of 2013. Birth rate, calculated by statisticians as a number of births per thousand inhabitants, was 14.9 (13.4 - across Russia-) versus 14.5 (13.1 - in the Russian Federation-) in January-September 2013. Mortality has remained at the same level - 13.2 (13.1 - in the Russian Federation) per one thousand people.

Natural population growth in Bashkortostan in January-September amounted to 5259 people, migration gain - 322 people. Thus, in the first nine months of the year the population of Bashkortostan increased by 5581 people.
