Film by Liliya Shafikova "Sochi without Borders" became the silver winner of Sport Film Festival

The film by Ufa director Liliya Shafikova "Sochi without Borders" became the silver winner of the Sport Film and Television Festival in Togliatti. Liliya Shafikova shot her 35-minute film at Paralympics in Sochi in March 2014, where the Russian team with the undisputed advantage won in the total medal count with 80 medals. Her work was recognized as one of the best in the category "Sports and Society" and was awarded a cup and diploma of the festival.

The film by Liliya Shafikova was shown in Ufa on different TV channels.

The festival was held in the framework of the Fifth Open Sports Forum "Stars of Samara Region and Volga Federal District-2014". The forum was attended by representatives of 10 cities and 27 municipal districts of Samara Region. This year, for the first time, the event was attended by representatives of the Volga Federal District, Kamchatka, St. Petersburg, Moscow and Ryazan. All films-participants were screened in the Togliatti cinemas. Works by Alfiya Ilyasova from Ufa in the category "Best TV Program" (UTV channel) and Anna Mikhailova from "Molodezhnaya Gezeta" were also prize winners of the festival.
