Technical universities of Ufa will sign cooperation agreement

UFA, 24 October 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Elmira Sabirova/. Agreement on cooperation in the sphere of education and science between Ufa State Petroleum Technological University (USPTU) and Ufa State Aviation Technical University (USATU) will be signed on October 27, the Academy of Sciences RB informs.

The first agreement aimes at strengthening and developing cooperation in training, educational, scientific, technological and innovation activities in order to concentrate and to use more effectively financial, material and technical resources and the teaching staff. Scientists and specialists of two technical universities will coordinate and develop joint basic and applied research, will carry out development activities.

The document provides for regular exchange (academic, scientific, cultural). The agreement focuses on creating joint research teams in preparation and publication of textbooks, manuals, monographs and other publications.

The bilateral agreement will allow universities to participate in international educational programs and projects, to organize joint contests and competitions of students in various subject areas of training.
