Storm warning is predicted in Bashkiria

UFA, 22 October 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Gulfiya Akulova/. On Wednesday, 22 October, forecasters predict snow turning into rain, sleet accumulation, wet snow on wires and trees in Bashkortostan. It is expected south, southwest wind 9-14 m/s with gusts - up to 15-20 m/s, a storm warning is announced, the press service of Ufa administration with reference to the Directorate for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring RB informs.

In some places it is expected fog on the roads with visibility of up to 500-1000 m, at night in some areas roads can be slick with ice.

Due to significant deterioration of weather conditions the capital city administration addresses to all residents of the city with a request to be extremely careful on the streets, to avoid proximity to power lines, trees, billboards. It is recommended to be more careful when crossing roadways. Drivers are advised to slow down and observe traffic rules.
