Hospitality Forum started in Ufa

UFA, 15 October 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Iliya Spiridonov/. In Ufa the Hospitality Forum started, which is organized in preparation for the upcoming the SCO and BRICS Summits, the press service of the Republican State Committee on Trade and Consumer Protection informs. The opening ceremony was attended by the Chairman of the State Committee Rustam Kamaletdinov and the President of Interregional Culinary Association of Russia Viktor Belyaev.

During the event, themed workshops, art classes of cooks and confectioners, round tables, a job fair and exhibition of social catering will be held.

The major event of the forum is the anniversary X Bashkir Culinary Cup, which is a qualifying stage for All-Russian Contest «Chef a la Russe». The basis of all dishes prepared in the framework of the chef cooking championship is the products of Bashkortostan. According to the President of the Interregional Culinary Association of Russia Viktor Belyaev, this is just favourably affects the taste of dishes.

The Hospitality Forum is held at the exhibition centre "VDNkH-Expo" and will last until October 16.
