Hospitality Forum will be held in Ufa

UFA, 9 October 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Iliya Spiridonov/. From October 14 to 16, Ufa will host the Hospitality Forum, which is organized in preparation for the SCO and BRICS Summits, the press service of the State Committee RB on Trade and Consumer Protection informs.

The program of the event includes competitions among the leading republican chefs and confectioners, seminars on contemporary management of restaurants and healthy lifestyle, presentation of specialized educational institutions of Bashkortostan.

According to organizers, the most spectacular event of the forum will be the X Bashkir Culinary Cup, which is the qualifying stage of All-Russian Contest «Chef a la Russe». Viktor Belyaev, the president of the Interregional Culinary Association will assess the skills of local chefs.

The official opening of the Hospitality Forum will be held at the exhibition centre "VDNkH-Expo" at 11.00, on October 14.
