Youth Innovation Forum with delegations from countries – SCO members is held in Ufa

UFA, 8 October 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Juliya Antipina/. The Youth Innovation Forum with participation of delegations from countries – SCO members started at Ufa Congress Hall. Its organizers are the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh), All-Russian Public Organization "Russian Union of Youth", the Government of Bashkortostan Republic.

The Forum participants are young scientists under the age of 35 years representing research organizations and educational institutions of the Russian Federation and the SCO countries. The delegates from Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, China, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan arrived at the congress.

Young scientists will present their projects in three categories: "Best Innovative Idea", "Best Innovation Project", "Best Innovative Product". According to the results of the projects competition three winners in each category will be determined.

Bashkortostan presented more than 100 applications from young scientists. The advisory council selected 30 projects for the final. Bashkir universities had an opportunity to present per two innovative projects.

The forum will include round tables, master classes from experts and an investment session.

The Deputy Prime Minister of the Government RB Salavat Sagitov delivered a greeting of the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov for the forum members.

The Head of the Republic wished the forum participants “health and well-being, productive work, new scientific achievements and discoveries ".
