Technical Commission of the International World Games Association is satisfied with Ufa preparation for the Games-2021

UFA, 2 October 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Dmitry Slezin/. On October 2, an official meeting of the Technical Commission of the International World Games Association (IWGA) with the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of Bashkortostan Salavat Sagitov took place at the House of the Republic.

During the meeting, members of the Technical Commission announced the results of the examination.

Recall that in Ufa the Commission inspected the infrastructure of the city, as well as sports facilities for compliance with the international requirements for sports included in the program of the XI World Games-2021.

“We have productively worked in Ufa in conjunction with the Organising Committee”, Vice-President of the International World Games Association Max Bishop said. “We examined all the sports facilities and considered that they were very well prepared for the Games. During these two days we did not find any big apparent problems associated with the organization. If Ufa receives the right to host the competitions, it will have enough time to eliminate several shortcomings.

Bashkortostan is distinguished from other candidate cities that there is good team work of the Government RB and the Organizing Committee”, Mr. Bishop underlined.
