Republican pensioners will show their talents at the gala concert of the festival "I Love You, Life!"

UFA, 2 October 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Gulfiya Akulova/. On Friday, October 3, a gala concert of the third republican festival of amateur creativity of elderly people "I Love You, Life!" will take place on the stage of the city cultural and leisure centre in Ufa. The gala concert will mark the International Day of Older Persons. The festival is sponsored by the regional branch of Sberbank of Russia.

Every year the number of participants of the festival increases and its directions expand - this year the festival involves more than two thousand people. Next year it is planned to include in the program of the festival arts and crafts and sports activity. The Ministry of Labour, which is the initiator of the project, plans to dedicate the next year festival to the 70th anniversary of the Victory devoting concert shows to the theme of the Great Patriotic War.

The festival covers all the municipalities of the republic. Thus in the spring in all cities and regions qualifying rounds were held, then regional rounds were carried out in seven cities and district centres. As a result of the festival a final gala concert will be held, where the best amateur teams of the republic will perform.

The concert starts at 16.00. Invitations can be obtained in the city and district councils of veterans, as well as in social service centres.
