Olga Vilukhina will miss the upcoming winter sports season

The two-fold Olympic silver medalist in Sochi, the owner of "bronze" of the World Cup, alumnus of Bashkir biathlon Olga Vilukhina will miss the season 2014/2015, ITAR-TASS reports with reference to the personal coach of the athlete Valery Ivanov.

Last season Vilukhina had health problems, but was the only biathlete of the Russian team who managed to win a medal in the individual race at the Olympic Games 2014. In Sochi, the athlete won the "silver" in the women's relay and sprint.

According to Valery Ivanov the coming season Olga Vilukhina will fully devote to her health.
