Russian campaign "Morning Exercises with a Champion" is held in Ufa

UFA, 2 October 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Elmira Sabirova/. Every year on October 1, the "Morning Exercises with a Champion" campaign is carried out throughout the Russia. In its framework the mass sports events are held with participation of well-known athletes aimed at promoting the morning exercises among population.

For several years athletes whose names are known far beyond the borders of Bashkortostan hold morning exercises in the republic. This time it was Paralympics champion Alexey Labzin. The event took place at VDNkH exhibition complex yesterday. Visitors of the exhibition responded with pleasure to the invitation of the athlete. Alexey showed a simple set of exercises and advised to perform it daily.

The next two days, today and tomorrow, morning exercises for townspeople will be held by two more athletes - a master of sport of volleyball Galina Butakova and a black belt holder in traditional karate Anastasia Kruglova. Starting is at 13 pm, the press service of the Ministry of Youth and Sports RB informs.
