The corresponding decree was signed by the head of the republic Rustem Khamitov. The President of the Moscow International House of Music, art director - chief conductor of the National Philharmonic Orchestra and the State Orchestra "Moscow Virtuosi" was honored with this award, as it is said in the document "for many years of creative activity and his great contribution to the development of musical art".
