Ministry of Education is holding a contest for the best school encouraging physical activity and sports

UFA, 11 September 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Elmira Sabirova/. The Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation announced a launch of the all-Russian contest for the best educational organization developing physical culture and sports "Olympic Games Start at School."

As the website of the department informs, the contest aims to foster the schools activity on developing physical culture and sports, the Olympic movement and to identify educational organizations who reached high results in sports education.

The contest is held on the basis of 2013/2014 academic year in two stages: regional - from 10 September to 10 October 2014; All-Russian - from October 20 to November 20 this year.

Educational organizations of all types can take part in the contest.

Participation details are available on the website of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation.
