Sheraton Hotel opens in Ufa on April 1, 2015

The five-star hotel under the Sheraton brand will welcome its first guests on April 1, 2015. The hotel is built in Ufa for the upcoming SCO and BRICS Summits.

The area of the hotel, which will offer 180 rooms, will be more than 19 thousand square metres. Also, it will house a fitness centre, conference rooms, two restaurants and its own brewery. Implementation of this large hotel project will allow the Bashkir capital to consolidate its status as dynamic business centre.

The owner of the hotel - the company "Granell-Estate" - signed an agreement in Brussels for 20 years to manage the hotel with the Starwood hotel operator.

The Starwood Company owns the Sheraton brand, so that the strategic partnership is quite justified. In the near future they plan to open a number of similar hotels in other cities of Russia.
