Passengers will be taught to use terminals at Ufa railway station and on commuter trains

The Bashkir department of Kuibyshev Railway began communication campaign "Modern Client Services - Ticket Sales through Self-Service Terminals," the press service of the railway department informs.

Large-scale activities to promote and clarify the use of terminals facilities for buying commuter trains tickets will be carried out on commuter trains and at the Ufa railway station until September 30.

Experts will inform passengers about specific character and advantages of using terminals to purchase tickets for commuter trains, and if necessary, will be shown a procedure of buying tickets through the machine. Information about the campaign "Modern Client Services" will be placed also on commuter trains, in cash desk areas and in waiting rooms of suburban stations.

Currently, every fifth ticket for suburban trains of JSC "Bashkir Suburban Passenger Company" is acquired through the self-service terminals.
