Bashkortostan military men will participate in the "Green Russia" event

Military personnel of units located in the territory of Bashkortostan will support the All-Russian ecological clean-up "Green Russia", which will take place in cities across the country on August 30.

According to the press service of the Central Military District, thousands of soldiers will plant trees, remove debris, clean the roadside and recreational areas in the forest parks and squares, will repair benches and gazebos in the military garrisons of the Volga region, the Urals and Siberia. Particular attention will be paid to unauthorized dumps.

Soldiers and sergeants, officers, veterans, family members and civilian personnel of military units and formations of the District located in 29 regions of the country will join the large-scale campaign, the press service of the Central Military District informs.
