Youth Hockey World Cup 2014 starts in Ufa

On Friday, August 22, games of the Youth Ice Hockey World Cup start in Ufa. Ten competitors will take part in the matches at "Ufa-Arena" and the Palace of Sports.

The group "A" ("Ufa-Arena") will include:

1 "Tolpar" (Ufa, Russia)

2 "Cape Breton Screaming Eagles" (Canada)

3 "Pirati Chomutov" (Chomutov, Czech Republic)

4 "Dynamo-Shinnik" (Belarus, Bobruisk)

5 "Espoo" (Finland).

The group "B" (the Palace of Sports) will include:

1 "Sioux City" (USA)

2. "Spartak" (Moscow, Russia)

3 "Malmo" (Sweden)

4 "Red Bulls" (Salzburg, Austria)

5 "Riga" (Latvia).

The official opening is scheduled for 20.00 at "Ufa-Arena", and then the host of the tournament Tolpar team will fight versus the Belarusian "Dynamo-Shinnik".

The first game of the Cup will be at the Palace of Sports where Swedish "Malmo" and HC Riga will encounter at 13.00.

At 15.00 at "Ufa-Arena" "Pirati Chomutov" will face with the Finnish "Espoo".

At 17.00 the Palace of Sports will host the match of the Austrian "Red Bulls" and the American "Sioux City".
