Ministry of Labour has initiated a new way to use maternity capital

The Ministry of Labour of the Russian Federation took the initiative - to allow families with disabled children to use the maternity capital for equipping apartments where they live. "This measure will help to ensure social adaptation of disabled children", the Minister Maxim Topilin said.

In Russia, for families with children there are different measures of social support, including the provision of maternity capital for the second child or subsequent children. During the course of implementation this measure proved to be effective.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Labour of Bashkortostan Republic, today the maternity capital amounts to 429.4 thousand rubles. This money can be used in full or in parts for three options: for improving living conditions of families, receiving education by children and forming the retirement savings of mothers.
