Crisis management centre for tourists opened in Ufa

A crisis management centre for tourists opened in Ufa. This was reported by the head of the tourist company "Ymnye Touristy" (Smart Tourists) and the author of the idea of the project Liliya Yunusova.
Now every traveler happened to be in a difficult situation outside of Russia due to the bankruptcy of tour operators, flight cancellations or unpaid hotels can call the office and get a consultation. Specially trained managers will explain procedures and help to draw up the documents for payment or to write a complaint to the court.
“Our goal is to increase the confidence in the tourism industry”, Lilia Yunusova says. “The residents of the republic may call our hotline from 10 to 21 o’clock on weekdays and from 11 to 15 o’clock on weekends.”
As explained in the centre, in case of emergency assistance and advice can be obtained also during non-working hours. During the first day of work the crisis management centre has already received calls, most of them concerned the insurance payments.
