Health Centre employees will give free consultations in Ufa

In Ufa, Open Days started at the Republican Medical Exercises Dispensary, the press service of the Ministry of Health of Bashkortostan informs. The event is timed to the Day of Athlete and will continue until the end of this working week.

From August 4 to 8, consultations by medical experts on sports medicine will be held. They will help to choose a kind of sport, make recommendations on a healthy lifestyle, on prevention of fault in posture, scoliosis correction issues and other diseases of musculoskeletal system.

Adults can examine their respiratory and cardiovascular system, check blood sugar and cholesterol levels at the Centre. On August 8, a sports festival is planned for children as part of the Day of Athlete with competitions and performances of sportsmen.
