15 hectares near Ufa park are put up for auction

In Ufa, a land plot of 15 hectares near the park named after Bashkiria foresters is put up for sale. The corresponding resolution was signed by the head of the city administration. The document specifies that the auction for sale of rights to conclude the development contract will relate to the area within Nikolay Dmitriev, Sagit Agish Streets and Salavat Yulaev Avenue.

For reconstruction and further land plot development it is planned to demolish residential houses, garages and garden plots on several Ufa streets. “A part of individual houses located here are recognized as non-complying with town-planning regulations”, it is said in the document.

Resettlement of tenants will be made by the company that will win the contract on the territory development.

The starting price of trades is 32 mln 120 thousand rubles. The contract will be concluded for eight years.
