New shopping mall to appear along the road to Ufa airport

In Ufa a new administrative-shopping complex will be built along the road to the airport. It will be built on the place of the demolished houses directly adjacent to the highway in the district Cooperative Polyana, the press service of the city administration informs.

To date seven land plots are bought by LLC "Duchnik" that is going to build the new shopping mall at this place.

Owners of houses subjected to demolition were granted new housing or received monetary compensation.

Food products, construction materials will be sold in the five-storey shopping mall with 9.5 thousand sq.m of area. Also cafes and offices will appear here. A parking lot for 150 cars will be provided.
